Service Fees and Payment

Payment Terms
Payment is due as specified in our invoice. Late payments may be subject to interest charges at the rate of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
Refunds
Due to the nature of our services, refunds are only available under specific circumstances and at our sole discretion.
Confidentiality
We agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information you provide to us, except as required by law or as necessary to provide the services.
You agree that we may use anonymized and aggregated data for analytical, research, and marketing purposes.

Upon full payment of our fees, you will own the final documents prepared by us for your specific use.

We retain all rights to our methodologies, processes, templates, and other proprietary materials used in providing the services.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Limitation of Liability
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Termination
Termination by Either Party
Either party may terminate the services upon written notice if the other party breaches these Terms and fails to cure the breach within 30 days of receiving written notice.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, you shall pay for all services provided up to the termination date. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Rajasthan, India.
Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top.
Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement
